Returns & Refunds

In-Store Return Policy:

All In-store/Pick-up orders must be unopened and accompanied with a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase. No returns will be issued on frozen or refrigerated items. Any returns of opened products will only qualify for store credit.

Online Return Policy:

For online purchases all returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt with your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at info1@healthwiseonline.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with further instructions in order to process your return.

Non- Returnable Items:

  • Food and Grocery Items
  • Beauty and Personal Care Items
  • Any open product(s)

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This includes any paid shipping option that was selected by the customer. However, if there was an error with your order due to a mistake on our part, we will gladly refund the shipping costs as well.

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that customers use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when sending products to us. Items shipped back to us are done so at the risk of the sender and we cannot assume any liability for these parcels.

Cancellations: Should you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate the request. Order cancellation will only be possible if the shipment has not left the store.

We are unable to offer rain-checks on sale prices for out of stock items.

Please note, we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance issue, or general complaint about a specific product not within Health Wise control, please contact the manufacturers.
