For the overnight relief of occasional constipation. Recommended dose: Adults and adolescents 11 and over: Drink 1 cup once daily at bedtime. Directions for use: Pour 150 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-30 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Allow at least 6-12 hours for the laxative effect to occur. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Take a single dose at bedtime. Take 2-3 times per week. If desired results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily.
